Responsibilities - what you will do

  • Manage the sales team, internal real estate agents and external co-agents to protect and enhance experience of our customers achieving company's goals
  • With the help of the founders, build a very efficient sales organization
  • Manage business development activities towards both corporate customers and co-agency business
  • Establish best practices in nurturing and developing long term relationships with corporate clients
  • Setup adequate KPI and reporting mechanism to continuous improvement
  • Set and achieve ambitious yet realistic goals for the team
  • Help identifying right tools and procedures by implementing best sales practices

Experience - what we are looking for

  • 5-7 Years of experience leading sales teams (also remote)
  • Track record in defining adequate KPI and achievement of  sales target
  • Critical thinking and problem solving attitude to satisfy customer needs
  • Business and commercial acumen to successfully negotiate and win important deals with both private and corporate customers
  • Demonstrated good communication and organization skills
  • Passionate about quantitative analysis with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Good professional English
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a must
