Customer Service & Onboarding Specialist (weekend availability required)

Responsibilities - what you will do

Availability to work mostly during weekends and on shifts

Accompany our customers through the most important life purchase

Engage, delight, surprise and nurture our customers through the “journey to purchase”

Cooperate with internal and external customer care agents and real estate agents to satisfy any requests through emails, calls and live chat

Monitor adequate KPI to continuous improvement

Refine and improve our communication templates and workflows

Follow and improve operations workflows in Hubspot from first contact through a multichannel strategy

Partner with sales team and real estate agents (internal and external) to effectively engage and nurture customers

Manage the onboarding process for all new properties

Collate all properties documentation from suppliers and agents, identifying timely and proactively any gap

Responsible for all properties contents on site and on portals, ensuring data accuracy and completeness before launch

Work closely with marketing team to enhance marketing contents in listings (including SEO where applicable)
Experience - what we are looking for

2-3 Years of experience in operations across multiple locations

Track record in adequate workflows and process to support customer queries
- Critical thinking and problem solving attitude to satisfy customer needs
- Business and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated good communication and organization skills
- Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and highly motivated self-starter capable of driving yourself and your colleagues to achieving targets
- Good professional English
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
